Understanding the Interface
Your map data lives in four places. Each is designed for a different workflow — from quick edits on the fly to full project-wide analytics.
The Four Interfaces
Shape Popup Form
Most powerful
Click any shape on the map to open its form. The only place to edit details, assign teams, manage categories, change colours, and edit boundaries.
Management Panel
Quick access
A floating panel on the map with two tabs — Shapes and Teams. Use it for fast navigation, quick deletes, and opening shapes for editing — all without leaving the map view.
Sidebar Panel
Full management
A resizable panel on the right with three tabs — Teams, Shapes, and Streets. It’s where you’ll manage your teams, browse shapes, search, and access street data.
Planning Dashboard
Analytics
A full-screen overlay with aggregated metrics, a sortable data table of every street, and building counts with data-source indicators. Opened from the Management Panel.
How They Work Together
Think of the three interfaces as layers — from quick actions to deep management:
How to Open Each One
Click any shape on the map.
Click the floating "Management Panel" button on the map.
Click the sidebar toggle in the toolbar, or it opens automatically when you draw your first shape.
Management Panel → Teams tab → Dashboard button.
